Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 15th, 2025.

HotSwop, Inc. (d/b/a Market Monolith) provides compute-based services on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as users deploy infrastructure, run jobs, or use platform features.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of Credits are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, Credits will be added to your account and are immediately usable. We do not offer refunds for unused or expired credits.

2. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been an error in billing (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us within 7 days of the transaction at scale@marketmonolith.com. We will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.

3. Service Disruptions

If compute failures, system errors, or platform outages prevent credit usage, please contact us to review your credit balance and usage. In limited cases, we may restore credits at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension or termination. We encourage you to resolve disputes directly with our support team.
