Purpose and application

This policy protects customers, operators, communities, payment and financial partners, the public, and the Platform. It applies to every account, campaign, storefront, opportunity, message, upload, integration, transaction, field activity, and attempt to use Market Monolith.

You must comply with law, the Terms of Service, applicable customer or operator requirements, and third-party provider rules. If rules differ, the stricter lawful requirement controls. We may refuse an activity even when it is legal or supported elsewhere.

Prohibited businesses and products

Market Monolith may not be used for, directly or indirectly:

Adult sexual content, pornography, sexual services, exploitation, or nonconsensual intimate material.
Tobacco, nicotine, vaping products, cannabis, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or illegal pharmaceuticals.
Firearms, ammunition, weapons, explosives, weapon parts, or instructions primarily facilitating violent harm.
Gambling, betting, lotteries, games of chance, unlicensed prize activity, or deceptive sweepstakes.
Illegal financial services, money transmission, check cashing, payday lending, unapproved lending, debt relief, credit repair, investment schemes, cryptocurrency misuse, or evasion of financial rules.
Counterfeit or stolen goods, infringing goods, unsafe products, recalled products, deceptive health claims, or products prohibited by law or provider rules.
Hate, violent extremism, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment-for-hire, or activity targeting protected groups for harm.
Pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes, get-rich-quick programs, fake reviews, sale of artificial traffic or engagement, credential resale, or impersonation services.
Unlawful telemarketing, lead brokering, data brokerage, surveillance, background reports, or collection and sale of sensitive personal information.

We also prohibit businesses and uses identified on Stripe’s then-current prohibited and restricted business lists unless HotSwop, Stripe, and any required financial partner provide specific written approval. HotSwop may maintain a stricter rule and does not promise to seek an exception.

Field outreach and solicitation

Uninvited door-to-door selling is not permitted. An approved information delivery, door-hanger placement, retail visit, product education, sampling, signage, audit, or customer-requested conversation does not authorize an operator to close a sale at a residence, collect payment, pressure an occupant, or exceed the assignment.

Field activity must respect no-solicitation signs, building and community rules, permits, operating hours, private property, protected locations, and a person’s request to disengage. Customers must accurately classify the activity and may not disguise selling, political canvassing, fundraising, or regulated outreach as a different service.

Illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity

Do not use the Platform to violate law; defraud, deceive, intimidate, discriminate against, exploit, or harass a person; endanger health or property; interfere with a legal investigation; evade sanctions or export controls; misrepresent sponsorship, identity, price, evidence, origin, or results; or assist someone else in doing so.

Claims about products, savings, health, performance, endorsements, environmental benefit, availability, or outcomes must be truthful and adequately substantiated. Operators may use only approved claims and must not improvise a promise on a customer’s behalf.

Privacy, consent, and data

Collect, access, upload, or share personal information only when authorized, necessary, and lawful.
Do not purchase or upload sensitive lists, credentials, precise-location histories, health information, biometric identifiers, children’s data, or government identifiers unless the Platform expressly requests them for a lawful approved purpose.
Honor consent, opt-out, deletion, recording, do-not-call, and confidentiality requirements.
Do not reidentify deidentified data, combine Platform data for unrelated profiling, or use customer or operator data to build an independent list.
Never expose account links, payment data, identity documents, private addresses, proof, routes, or communications to unauthorized people.

Content and proof integrity

Content and proof must be authentic, lawful, relevant, and within your rights to use. Do not submit malware, unlawful recordings, infringing work, confidential third-party material, sexual or violent content, discriminatory material, or content designed to mislead review.

Do not stage, recycle, fabricate, backdate, materially alter, or generate false field proof. Permitted edits are limited to Platform-supported compression, cropping that does not conceal context, and privacy redaction. If required proof cannot be captured safely or lawfully, stop and use the escalation process.

Email, calls, and messaging

Commercial messages must have lawful consent or another valid basis, accurate sender information, truthful subjects and content, required advertising disclosures, a valid physical address where required, and a functioning unsubscribe or revocation process. Honor opt-outs promptly.

Do not use autodialed, prerecorded, artificial-voice, or automated marketing calls or texts without the written consent and records required by applicable law. Do not buy, scrape, or upload contact lists that lack permission. Service and transactional communications may not be disguised marketing.

Platform and security abuse

Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, defeat access controls, introduce malicious code, automate access outside approved interfaces, copy datasets, obtain another user’s credentials, or interfere with service. Do not use Platform output to train or operate a competing system without written permission.

Security research requires advance written authorization and must follow the scope we provide. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to hello@marketmonolith.com; do not exploit, disclose, or retain data encountered.

Payments, credits, and cards

Do not use Platform payments or credits for money laundering, cash advances, personal transfers, false invoices, transaction laundering, evasion of merchant restrictions, resale, or any prohibited business. Do not dispute a valid charge in bad faith or create accounts to reuse introductory value.

Any operator card may be used only for the specific approved business assignment, merchant category, amount, geography, and time. Personal purchases, cash, gift cards, peer-to-peer transfers, split transactions, substitutions, undisclosed tips, and retained refunds are prohibited.

Field safety and property

Never trespass, enter a private residence, bypass access controls, block traffic, damage or alter property, place materials illegally, work while impaired, carry a weapon during work, or continue when conditions are unsafe. Follow applicable traffic, parking, accessibility, labor, health, venue, and property rules.

Operators may stop work and report unsafe conditions without falsifying completion. Emergencies should be directed to local emergency services first. Customers may not penalize an operator for refusing an instruction that reasonably appears unsafe or unlawful while the matter is reviewed.

Review and enforcement

We may request information, pause a campaign or transaction, reject content, restrict a capability, hold disputed work for review, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate access, notify an affected customer or provider, or report activity where reasonably necessary. Measures depend on severity, recurrence, risk, law, and provider obligations.

Where appropriate, we will explain a decision and offer a correction or appeal path. We may act immediately for urgent safety, fraud, security, sanctions, exploitation, or legal risk. Circumventing an enforcement measure is a separate violation.

Reporting concerns

Report prohibited businesses, unsafe work, privacy concerns, deceptive content, financial misuse, or security issues to hello@marketmonolith.com. Include the relevant account, campaign, opportunity, content, or transaction reference and enough information to investigate. Do not submit sensitive evidence unless requested through an approved secure method.
