01
Cookie overview
HotSwop, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on Market Monolith. A cookie is a small value stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local or session storage, software-development-kit storage, pixels, and device identifiers. Some are placed by us; others are placed by providers supporting the Platform.
This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy. The exact technologies can vary by page, signed-in state, feature, device, integration, and consent.
02
Categories we use
We do not intentionally use cookie technology to read unrelated files on your device or obtain passwords, payment card security codes, or information outside the browser permissions you grant.
03
Strictly necessary technology
Essential technology supports sign-in, passwordless authentication, session and workspace binding, security controls, fraud prevention, load distribution, saved consent, forms, and the features you request. Because the Platform cannot reliably provide these functions without it, essential technology is not disabled through the optional cookie control.
You can configure a browser to block all cookies, but authentication, forms, collaboration, payment return flows, preferences, and other features may stop working.
04
Analytics and measurement
When permitted by your consent and applicable law, we may use analytics to understand visits, navigation, feature adoption, errors, performance, and whether a public-page action leads to the intended signup step. Analytics does not authorize a provider to use operator precise-location, proof, identity, card, KYC, or confidential customer data for unrelated advertising.
Public-page analytics may include Google Tag Manager or associated measurement tools. We condition their loading on the consent state implemented by the Platform. Provider configuration, retention, and browser behavior can affect the resulting data.
05
Third-party technology
Connected payment, maps, video, messaging, commerce, support, or authentication services may use their own browser storage when you request them. Their policies govern their independent processing. We work to limit third-party technology to the feature being provided and to disclose material optional use.
Following a link to another website may allow that site to set its own cookies. Market Monolith does not control another site’s choices.
06
Your choices
The cookie notice lets you accept or reject optional analytics where shown. Your choice is stored so we can respect it. You can also clear cookies and storage in browser settings; doing so may reset consent and sign you out.
Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies and some mobile systems provide tracking or advertising controls. Refer to the browser or device documentation for current instructions. Blocking optional analytics does not prevent access to the core public pages.
07
Browser privacy signals
Where applicable law requires recognition of Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized opt-out preference signal, we treat the signal as an opt-out for the browser or device sending it. Because standards and laws evolve, the result can depend on location, browser support, and the processing at issue.
08
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Platform technology, providers, consent controls, or law change. The effective date and version identify the current policy. Material new optional uses will receive the notice and choice required by law.
