01
Our commitment
HotSwop, Inc. is committed to providing an inclusive Market Monolith experience. We design and improve public pages, authentication, customer workspaces, operator opportunities, maps, collaboration, proof, and support with accessibility in mind.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification. Complex maps, live collaboration, third-party integrations, and evolving product capabilities can create barriers, and we prioritize actionable reports.
02
Standard and approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and evaluation reference where applicable. This statement is not a representation that every surface conforms in every circumstance.
Our approach includes semantic HTML, keyboard operability, clear headings and labels, visible focus, adequate contrast, text resizing, status announcements, reduced-motion support, form errors that do not rely on color alone, and alternatives for meaningful visual information where practicable.
03
Current accessibility work
- Testing key public, signup, customer, and operator journeys with keyboard and screen-reader-oriented checks.
- Reviewing responsive layouts, zoom, touch targets, focus order, dialogs, validation, live regions, and motion preferences.
- Improving map descriptions, list-based alternatives, nonvisual status, and access to task and territory information.
- Evaluating new components before release and correcting high-impact barriers as part of product maintenance.
04
Operator and field access
Operator opportunities may involve mobility, vision, hearing, cognition, speech, lifting, driving, outdoor conditions, technology, or location-specific requirements. We aim to state material requirements before acceptance and provide a way to ask questions.
Operators may contact us about an accessibility barrier or reasonable accommodation related to Platform access or an opportunity. An accommodation request does not guarantee that every field task can be modified, but we will review it in good faith and follow applicable law.
05
Third-party content
Market Monolith connects to payment, mapping, commerce, video, communications, and other third-party services. We do not control every aspect of their accessibility, but we consider accessibility in provider selection and raise issues where appropriate. Contact us if an integration blocks a necessary task so we can identify an alternative when available.
06
Support and feedback
Email hello@marketmonolith.com to report a barrier or request assistance. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology if relevant, and a description of the problem. Do not include passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary medical information.
If email is not workable for you, ask a trusted person to contact us on your behalf and state the communication method you prefer. We will not require more information than reasonably needed to understand and address the request.
07
What happens after a report
We will acknowledge the report, evaluate severity and task impact, identify an available workaround when possible, route the issue to the responsible team or provider, and communicate material progress. Timing depends on complexity and whether a third party is involved, but urgent blocks to authentication, payment, safety, or accepted work receive priority.
08
Updates
We review this statement as the Platform and accessibility practices evolve. The effective date and version identify the current statement. Related implementation details may be documented on our accessibility support, compatibility, conformance, and roadmap pages as those resources are updated.
